Worship & Publicity Team:

  • Plan with the minister, elders and deacons, youth minister, the public worship services of the Church.
  • Shall be in charge of the worship services in the absence of the minister.
  • Shall work with the minister when he requests in planning various special worship programs.
  • Shall make arrangements for seeing that all baptismal garments are ready in service for use.
  • Shall make a calendar to see that communion is prepared every Lord's Day.
  • Shall be responsible for maintenance of musical instruments.
  • Shall help in the planning of special banquets throughout the year.
  • Shall help plan special music.
  • Special services may be: Easter Sunrise, Homecoming, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Candlelight Service.
  • Work - Plan Calendar

Mission Team:

  • Shall make information concerning foreign missions available to the congregation.
  • Shall make the congregation aware of the national missions programs.
  • Shall keep the congregation informed on our Bible colleges,
  • Develop a program showing what the Hebron congregation is doing for missions.

Welcome Team:

  • Keep records of visitors to the Worship Service.
  • Arrange visits to visitors to welcome them to the church services and provide information concerning the church.

Fellowship Team:

  • Shall work with the Worship committee to provide fellowship activities for the church as a whole.
  • Shall supervise preparing and serving of meals at banquets and other fellowship gatherings.
  • Shall supervise preparing and serving of meals at youth rally, minister's meetings, etc.
  • Shall assist in the fellowship following Bible study nights and other special gatherings.

Youth Planning Team:

  • Shall plan programs that lead youth through experiences which enable them to test and evaluate their Christian insights and develop a Christian view of life.
  • Be willing to be examples as well as advisors to every youth of the Church.
  • Shall choose sponsors for various youth groups subject to the approval of the official board.
  • Supervision of recreational activities of the young people of the Church. Shall provide sufficient chaperoning of all activities.
  • Develop curriculum material for each department.
  • Plan transportation for various Church activities.
  • Shall continually develop plans for strengthening of youth programs.
